Terms and Conditions

One of 4IDentify's main objectives is to provide stock, low price, and delivery service, raising quality standards. With the focus of safeguarding the interests of our clients, and generating mutual trust. To comply with these guarantees, we have the following terms and conditions:

- Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the client, after payment, within an expected 24 to 96 working hours, unless stock failure; (to safeguard that we work with reference carriers (DHL, UPS, TNT), and as such, if the deadline is not met due to partners, 4IDentify can not be held responsible.

- In case any of the items are discontinued, 4IDentify feels the right and duty to indicate to its customers the possibility of replacement;

- If the article after the confirmation of payment of the order is exhausted, for reasons of the stock rupture between the order time and payment confirmation. 4IDentify will replace it within a reasonable period of up to 4 weeks, however, it does not guarantee the continuation of its value in case of any promotion in force;

- On payments of the PayPal payment has an additional fee of 2.5%;

- In the case of re-dispatch of the order due to address error, change of address, or absence to reception, the value of the shipment will be charged again.

- It is mandatory to check the material at the time of delivery. If the order is not delivered in the proper conditions, the volume(s) should be rejected by the courier at the time of receipt.

- In case the order is not delivered in the proper conditions it is also necessary to send a summary description of the facts, with the order/invoice/tracking number to the email where the order was processed. It is advisable to do this within a maximum of 2 days, to ensure a faster resolution.

- It is possible to request the return of the items within 15 days after the delivery of the order. If the error is on the part of 4IDentify, the exchange will be made as soon as possible at no additional cost to the client. For other types of exchanges, the client will be responsible for the costs of transport, exchange management, and also the differential of the values of the products.

- Some of the articles presented may not have the correct image, being the responsibility of the client to choose the products. In this case, you should always contact 4IDentify.

- 4IDentify will make every effort to keep its website in normal operation. However, it is possible that errors, technical problems or occasional maintenance may cause interruptions or even suspension for an extended period of time. 4IDentify reserves the right at any time to modify or disable, temporarily or permanently, the functions related to its Website, with or without notice.

- We reserve the right, in case of price or stock error, to cancel the order and return the corresponding amount.

- Although the description refers correctly to the product, we want to alert you to read the description in order to understand if it refers to the product you are looking for. In case of doubt, please contact us.

- We reserve the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is advisable to periodically check the Terms and Conditions to check for any changes or updates.

- The shipping costs will be free for orders over 500 euros;


- To all the presented values you can add VAT at the legal rate in force, depending on the country and fiscal entity,  and the values may change without notice.
